Most orders are completed within approximately 24 hours.

Some items may need a little longer — for example, thick coats, doonas or other bulky items that require extra drying time. Special care requests, such as hand washing or line drying, may also extend the turnaround time.

If you select a special request that is likely to take longer, please expect the service to exceed the standard 24-hour turnaround. We’ll confirm the estimated completion time once we’ve seen the items and assessed the care required.

Your invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible once your service has been completed and finalised.

Payment must be made in full before your order can be delivered. Please note that we’re unable to return or deliver items until payment has been received.

Yes. Our minimum order is $60 for laundry services. Pickup and delivery fees are calculated separately.

If the services in your order come to less than $60, a minimum order fee will be added to your invoice to bring the total laundry service charge up to the $60 minimum.

You’re welcome to combine different laundry services in the same order to meet the minimum spend.

Please let us know about any delicate items, stains or special-care requirements when placing your order, so we can give each piece the attention it needs. We also ask that all pockets are checked and emptied before collection.

We’ll always take care when treating stains and follow the appropriate care instructions for each item. While we’ll do our best to achieve the best possible result, some stains may be permanent or may not be safely removable without risking damage to the fabric.

For particularly delicate, specialised or high-risk items, we may recommend specialist cleaning or, in some cases, be unable to accept the item for service. If we have any concerns, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Absolutely. You can choose from our signature Fresh Linen, Lavender & Rosemary fragrance, or opt for fragrance-free products.

If you have sensitive skin, allergies, little ones at home, or simply prefer gentler products, just let us know when placing your order. We’ll make sure your preferences are noted and the most suitable products are used for your laundry.

Laundryletti currently offers pickup and delivery across Mernda, Doreen and selected surrounding suburbs.

Our service area is continually growing, so if your suburb isn’t currently listed, please get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to check whether pickup and delivery are available in your area.
